Fumane Cave
Fumane cave, probably one of the most ancient in Europe, is located along the road leading Fumane to Molina. In fact in the Cave it is possible to see four stones with traces of red ocher paint dating back 32mila years ago.

Veja Bridge
One of the main geological phenomena throughout Europe: located 620mt above sea level at the point of intersection of two valleys Crèstena phenyl. This great natural bridge of Veja looks like a lintel of a huge cave entrance. This is a karst phenomenon created by water erosive action on the limestone rocks.

Spluga Preta
History of a myth The Spluga Preta is one of the most famous abyss in the world, an emptiness deep inside the Horn of Aquila, under the pastures of the Monti Lessini Veronesi, in the town of Sant'Anna d'Alfaedo.

Prun Caves
Prun, situated on the side of Fane Mount, in the upper valley of Negrar, is known for its caves of easily cutted pink tender stone, which is from this town takes its name: Prun stone. Some suggestive large pierced by tunnels caves, supported by squat pillars, are dug in the gallery, they dominate the valley and resemble primitive architecture. Slab Prun Stone were used to make several buildings and to pave several streets of Verona, eg, Piazza Erbe and the nearby Piazza of Tribunale. However. In Lessinia and Valpolicella, homes were built with typical surfacing slabs of Prun Stone.

Sphinxes Valley
Sphinxes Valley is known for its particular lithological formations: a series of monoliths formed through the erosion of two different types of limestone that make up these structures. These formations seem "mushroom rocks" that remember the Egyptian sphinxes and make up an imaginary city of rock.

Basalts St. John Hilarion
On the eastern slope of the Valle d'Alpone, in St. John Hilarion, you can admire a rock wall that looks like a huge beehive: these are the basalts formed in volcanism Oligocene. Lava flows cooled and contracted around and inside the craters originate prismatic forms with hexagonal base, the black shiny narrow columns: an extraordinary natural scenery.

Camposilvano Covoli
Camposilvano Covoli are the largest karst cave of the Venetian Pre-Alps: an abyss about 70 meters. It is located in the municipality of Velo Veronese about 100 mt. from the Museum of Camposilvano.

Giazza Forest
Giazza Forest is located in north-eastern end of Lessinia Regional Park and takes its name from Giazza, the nearest village. This is the last island linguistic “tauc” of the 13 Cimbri Municipalities of Verona of Monti Lessini.


Monte Baldo Cableway
The cableway on the Verona side of Garda Lake connects Monte Baldo to Malcesine. Here you can see a beautiful landscape and take long walks among green meadows and blue water.
