For only one night the rate is the max.

Rooms: from 90,00 € to 130,00 €
(price per night, incl.)

Apartments: from 220,00 € to 750,00 €
(price per week, incl.)

10% discount for stays over two weeks, the 30% of the amount must be paid at the time of booking, with balance on arrival.
A number of credit card will be required as caution for the reservation.
Upon delivery of the keys will be required a deposit of € 30.00, which will be returned at the end of the stay.
